What types of wax are used to make these candles?
We combine Soy, Palm and Paraffin waxes in our proprietary blend. Our unique blend provides long lasting, aromatic hot throws, combining the best features that each wax offers.

Can you customize the labels for our event?
Yes! We can certainly create custom labels for your unique event. Weddings, birthdays, holiday parties, promotions and any other situation, we can create custom candle labels that fit your needs. Just let us know what you are looking for and we can help!

Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! Bulk orders are produced on demand. Pricing will vary depending on the volume of candles needed. We also offer custom labeling (see above). Let us know what you are looking for and we can generate a quote to match your specific need.

There is a date on my candle, do they expire?
No, our candles do not expire. The date on our candles is the date it is
mixed and poured. Candles require a curing period of two weeks to achieve optimal hot throws, dating them allows us to keep track of when each batch is produced.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours and usually take between 3-7 days to arrive, depending on where you are located. In the event we cannot fulfill your order due to low stock, items will be created as ordered. In such a case, delivery will take approx. 2-3 weeks.

Is this site secure?
Yes, we use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. In addition, all payments are processed directly through our payment processor (Shopify®) to ensure a safe and convenient experience for our customers.
